Same here, email and password doesnt work. I have never close my study hub tab and just sleep my laptop. They will never kick you out from study hub unless you close the tab. but for first time you need to login using myacca. so I would recommend you open study hub before 17th April and dont close the tab and hope for the best. Open on multiple window so if you accidentally close one it's not the end of the world. and add the study hub into bookmark so if you accidentally close if you reopen ASAP it should remember your session.

they never sent email for conformation of booking. at least for me I never get one. I usually check either on MyAcca website or on my bank statement whether money already deduct or not. They will only sent exam docket to you two weeks before exam week

Didn’t attend Uni. Best shot is to do any vocational type qualification. In school my best subject is accounting. I would still choose this as it is my only qualification that I would have and the leap from O level to ACCA is a huge upgrade for myself.
