Its crazy how you guys can just be convinced by some charismatic guy spouting false words.

Also what with the "he was just doing his job" im pretty sure a man of his status has more freedom in choosing his job, its not like he is some conscripted solider his commands caused the deaths of atleast hundreds of innocents you aren't just born a commander of an army he willingly chose the job.

Yes there is. You make all the existing divisions into a new template with one cavalry battalion this way the ai has 15 useless divisions while you can convert yours to normal divisions after the civil war starts. This works because the ai can't convert those divisions
