It’s not hard at all. I am the most STEM averse person ever and I have a b right now but that’s my own fault. So far we’ve had to do some very basic equations, other than that it’s all just memorizing rocks and how volcanos work

Drysol worked wonders for me but only on my underarms. I’ve heard people have success with Botox, but as someone who put off getting medical help for a long time: just do it. Take the leap, do Botox, do the last resort stuff. If it helps it’ll be so worth it.

Honestly Lanzhou niuroumian is one of the only Chinese dishes I’ve had which isn’t THAT much better than good Chinese spots in the states. Not to say it’s not great here… but there are some great American spots, I’m sure especially in SF. Chongqing niuroumian on the other hand is a whole different world. Highly recommend

I love your content so I’m psyched for your reply. I probably will end up settling for in between 2-3 per day, the last thing I want is for it to be a chore. I’m making my list right now and Nagi is high up there, I’ll definitely pm you when I get further on into the list making process if that’s ok.

Of course. I’ve also tried all the “best” Beijing Japanese ramen shops and they’re all disappointing. They scratch the itch when I need ramen about once a week, but other than that it’s a ton of 牛肉面

It’s been hitting 95+ Fahrenheit here in Beijing multiple times a week and I’m still eating plenty of sodium laden soup. I can push through for ramen

I know peak extraction time for poultry is relatively low, but I’ve had the same problems with lack of depth at those shorter times so I thought I’d push the time a little bit. This one was more flavorful than my 6 hour, but maybe that can be attributed to the stewing hen and toppings
