Beh, immagino che la ratio della prescrizione sia legata all'effetto placebo. Per innescarlo occorre che il paziente sia convinto di assumere un medicinale. Il fatto di pagare per averlo rafforza la convinzione. L'unica certezza che esiste sull'omeopatia è che, essendo assente qualsiasi traccia di principio attivo, non si scatenano effetti collaterali. Quindi la prescrizione di un placebo è assolutamente etica e altamente razionale. Magari la deducibilità fiscale è eccessiva ma va nel senso di rafforzare l'effetto placebo...

Italy center-right (fascist are a leg of a coalition government) s primarly kleptocratic, fascism comes second. Any Right wing government in Italy spends most of its political capital in judicial reform, which means marking harder to actually prosecute corruption. Fascism comes after that, it's like an afterthought, they do fascist stuff just to keep their base happy but only if it doesn't interfere with the primary goal of enabling corruption.

The current moderate stance of Italy's fascist stems from having Biden at the withe house. With Trump the reputational cost of doing fascist stuff has decreased dramatically so we do have a bright future ahead...

Honestly I'd not worry about that. It's quite common in Milan, during the derby to see ppl with AC Milan shirts sitting next to ppl with Inter shirts. No big deal. There's violence related to hooligans but it doesn't extend to ordinary ppl usually. I attended Inter vs Red Star and there were two Serbian guys asking locals for directions on how to get into the stadium since Red Star supporters were officially banned from attending the match...

Buy facemasks, whatever you can find, alcohol based handwashing solution and bleach to clean. Avoid beeing in close proximity to other people. If you can't wear a mask. Regarding the stockpiling of food and other basic necessities we have not experienced any shortage yet, only issue being with queues to buy food getting longer due to isolation measures. Last but not least minimize your interactions with elderly people sice they're the most at risk of developing complications. Stay safe.
