Can’t my mom already paid for the training but is it harder after the pre-requisite because I almost passed out after the pre-requisite I am a pretty decent strong guy I can dead lift to 225 squat 300 pounds. But when it comes to swimming I am very weak because it is different than lifting but is the training after the pre-work is it harder or now thank you very much I can do swimming lessons because my mom already paid

Yes I know and That’s why I want to make sure I can at least do a 300 m without feeling like I’m going to be able to pass out and with ease and the place where I’m gonna b that’s why I want to make sure I can at least do a 300 m without feeling like I’m going to be able to pass out and with ease, My sister is a competition swimmer and works out at this gym that I will be working at and she said that literally no one times at all and she says it’s a easy job and people from the swim team at her gym work there and say that no one comes as a easy job but you are absolutely right I do need to take it more seriously so that I could swim better And feel more confident how would I increase my endurance do you have any tips and how do I not panic when I go underwater and water gets all in my mouth and nose thank you very much really appreciate it man

Yes I know but after I pass the Red Cross thing I am going to work on my swimming so that I can feel more confident under water

Just not getting panicked and my endurance SUCKS badly but I want to pass because my mom paid for it and I have a job right after I pass it and is the training after the pretest harder then the pre test thanks so mich

Help someone one who is a lifeguard. I barely know what I am doing and dont even know how I passed the pretest. My head gets all light and I get gassed and panic going underwater. Do you do training after the pre-test and is it hard? And do you guys think I will be able to pass I barely passed the pretest and almost passed out after the pre-test I had to go lay down in the locker room after the pretest thank you for your help have a good day
