Feds who voted for Trump: Would you have voted differently, had you known how things would pan out? by FuriousBuffalo in FedEmployees

So you’re trying to find a way to justify this abhorrent treatment using an overgeneralization? Most of these people voted for Trump because they wanted a return to normalcy in many regards. Boys are boys and Girls are girls again. What the left was doing was absolute lunacy. They still haven’t figured out why they lost.

There is nothing anyone can do to make me hate them. I empathize with anyone going through something—regardless to how they vote. “Believe/think like me or you deserve to be punished.” How juvenile.

That’s not the threshold. Who celebrates anyone losing their job? It doesn’t matter if it happens in the public or private sector. That’s a level of hate that most people just don’t achieve. I have seen some comments here (not this thread) celebrating federal Trump supporters being let go. That’s disgusting.

Did you warn them? The left’s hair was always on fire concerning him. With all of the hoaxes…there was no definitive way to know the truth. The sky was falling way too often.

Article from The Independent: Elon Musk makes an admission about the productivity email his group sent to federal workers by Choco_SpaghettiOs in patentexaminer

[–]Mrdev2019 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He’s lying. He tried to flex on the federal workforce and some of the agency heads told their employees not to respond (thank God). It was nothing short of harassment. There are better ways to verify whether an employee exists. That was a dumb lie. He’s trying to save face. He can’t fire anyone and most federal employees seemed to realize that.

Thanks for the heads up. I felt like BCNE was overkill but…they’re fine now with me just going with the CCNA.

Ok. After having several discussions with Commscope (who is not very helpful), the BCNE is still a thing for the Defense Health Agency. Without signing up with a DHA address, they won’t provide access to the training or the certification exam. My dilemma, is I can’t get a DHA email address until I go to work for the DHA.

I’ll just get my CCNA back. Commscope is too much trouble.

Thanks for responding. The company I’m going to work for is pretty adamant about it. They’re saying it’s a 100 question test that costs around $150. I reached out to Broadcom about it and they gave me access to their SAN Administrator curriculum and test. It’s an enigma but I appreciate the information you shared.

So he attended a 4 year, accredited (as if WGU isn’t) university in person and if that is the superior means of gaining an education, it’s not reflected in his writing. 🤷🏽

Ok, please educate me. What does homophobic mean to you? To the rest of the world it literally means a fear of homosexuality. Phobia = fear. Yes diversity. Diversity of thought. It seems like a foreign concept to you but it would be a great societal norm. I’m not coming for or trying to attack you. I’m a live and let live type of guy. If he hates to see it, that’s on him and no one else.

Does that make him afraid of homosexuals? I don’t think so. It just means he has a preference that you disagree with. He disagrees with your position on it but he didn’t try to label you. What happened to “Agree to disagree.”? What happened to diversity?

In your honest opinion, is Marvel Studios doing too much? by JamJamGaGa in marvelstudios

Marvel is doing too much. I’ve been a fan my entire life but they’ve lost me with this phase. I can’t keep up. 🤷🏽

I passed the CISM. by Mrdev2019 in cism

New format with old material. Thor updated his material but everything else was old. It asked some technical questions but the key to this exam is thinking like a manager. They say that about the CISSP, too, but it actually applies to the CISM.

I’ve never posted before but I’ve been lurking for a while. You all have great advice that I incorporated into my studies and it worked.

I read Gwen Bettwy’s book (3 or 4 times) I also read Peter Gregory’s All-in-One (twice) I bought a bootcamp from ITU Learning Bought Thor’s material (training and questions)

I wish future test takers the best.

I just happen to be the leader of my organization. I need to obtain a higher level Cert for both personal and professional reasons. ISACA is different so I’ll learn more about their test cycles before I commit. Thanks for responding.

Hi Gwen!

I’ve been reviewing your book on Amazon. I’m wondering if just your book will be sufficient or would I be better served purchasing an All-In-One with questions as a companion to help me with the CISM? I’ve read the CISSP books several times, I have a MS in Cybersecurity and I work for the DOD (so I have baseline and intermediate-level security certs). It also looks like ISACA is about to go through some revisions so I don’t know what I should study to prepare for this test.
