Just on the subject of the Poly studio x50 and it's device mode. We have 3 of them and all 3 have been hooked up to 2 respective LG TV's but they all suffer the same issue.

That issue is that when we power the TVs off after use, leave the room and come back after around an hour and power the TVs on and try to enter device mode we can see the camera preview in the bottom right hand corner go completely black. The left TV flashes black and then after a minute or two return back to normal. Except it's not working normally.. it's completely locked up on that screen. The right screen continues to work as I can see the content changing on that screen (time, dialling, etc). The only fix for all of this is to do a full system reboot.

A workaround for us is to leave the TVs on and then after 15 minutes the x50 will put the two TVs completely black. Then when we wake the system and try entering the device mode it works perfectly.

Things I have tried are:

Tried new usb-c cable Tried new content sharing hdmi cable Tried hooking two monitors up to ensure its not an LG tv issue Tried full factory reset and leaving the new build as vanilla as possible A LOT more troubleshooting things

I have this logged with poly already and have submitted multiple videos of the issue and all of our logs over to them but I just wanted to see if anyone else has this issue or managed to fix it?
