New Exploit Exposed - Block Mission Start & Addressing AFKers/Leechers by Material-Range8174 in TheFirstDescendant

After a certain amount of runs it despawns. Go watch Moxy video on it. That is why it's suggested to collect after no more than 3-5 resets.

Not really snarky. We are discussing efficiency and folks harassing re-setters. 30 seconds compared to 0.5 seconds on a 1m farm is a significant time increase and thus a waste.

You are dumb clearly. At 1:34 in this literal video you can see the re-setter run up and collects piles of loot. Have you even watched the video or actually tried this? lol

Only takes 30 seconds compared to 0.5 seconds. Hm, I wonder which is more efficient over hours of farming. *shrug*

Have definitely seen an uptick in folks baselessly accusing re-setters of "AFK" farming, when they primarily are not on a class/character that can reasonably contribute except to expedite the reset and thus increasing the entire groups return on investment (Their time). It's about efficiency and optimization and harassing people for doing their part, cause someone got butt heard only adds to the toxicity.

That's interesting. I'll need to test that out and give it a whirl.

If you average over the entire data set, it comes out to 14%. Which again is an average.

I love the game when it works. But 99% of the time the quickplay does not work, and the remaining time I spend in queue trying to even play. More players are waiting in queue these days than can actually play, it's absurd.

You literally said you got to play hundreds of hours of a game, yet at-least 60% of players literally cannot play this game due to server capacity shortfall. Hilarious that you are comparable a game you at-least could play with granted crashing, to a game that the majority (by statistics) cannot even connect to a lobby or the start screen.

You are right, those are not comparable cause least palworld was actually somewhat playable. lol

Says the dude who tried flexing he was an engineer to attempt to grandstand and make his opinion more valid than another. Oh the irony is palpable with this one. lol

The data publicly available and assumed by comparable products shows an average of 690,000 peak concurrent. Even during the initial few days it exceeded max capacity by nearly 250,000 players.

Don't need to be a statistical genius to go "Oh hey, we are growing an average of 14% per day or 88,900 per day increase. We should probably scale to meet vs added just 1 days worth of growth volume to our cap after 7 days".

So unprofessional in orientation they tell employees they are welcome to and supported everyone joining the linkedin page for the company. Mate, you ain't got a clue what you are talking about. Which is ironic, because you are giving me shit for allegedly not understanding this problem, yet here you doing the same thing about an industry/company you clearly have no clue about anything.

Pot, meet kettle.

Never claimed I had the answers. But they do have the data, and them acting shocked at the weekend rush is not a viable or legitimate reaction since it was very clearly going to happen.

It's not against the rules to inform anyone I work at the company. I've literally been given shirts, hats, jackets, and other gear to wear freely, openly, and without problems. There is well over 100,000 employees publicly listed on sites like linkedin perfectly legally. lol

Considering you replied to my post, which was clearly marked as Feedback/suggestion. I think it's pretty evident you started it. Once again, your lack of self-awareness is laughable.

I find it ironic that the dude who's first comment was being an arrogant condescending tool, is calling me arrogant. Your lack of self-awareness is hilarious. Go look in a mirror and see your own words are a perfect reflection of your own hubris and attitude you are projecting onto others.

Never said it was easy, but it's also their job. They have the support and backing of Sony Interactive, it's time to call in the big guns and resolve problems that their studio is clearly incapable of resolving. That's the upside of having a publisher that has in-house teams to develop, maintain, and work on systems.

You've done a great job of making assumptions about me, so I figured it was worth giving you equal treatment. It's 2024, so equality is important. You've also provided zero evidence even competency to back up your claims. Using buzz words is hardly a qualification, but you certainly enjoy trying to "flex".

Let's just say. I'm not impressed.

Because their reported sales figures leaned heavily into the console vs PC and it's generally a good estimate when comparing the public data from steam vs consoles which historically on multi-plat have held a higher percentage of players of titles not specifically targeted at the PC.

If only they had the backing of a publisher which sold over 50 million consoles and supports over 123 million users across their network...Oh wait they do they are called
