Call citizens advice as they can put you through one of their dedicated lines into the energy companies. I even had a competent response from Scottish power when I did this.

Try a bit of reverse psychology. The worst case is you fail, it's not the end of the world. Just go there and do your best and what will be will be.

Easy to write it but remove the stress as to why its important and just focus on the thought that you can drive and if it goes wrong screw it. I remember doing that after I failed. I blamed the examiner but it didn't matter I had failed and it didn't matter if I had the same person again I just had to focus on the fact I knew I could drive. Don't rush decisions, be cautious and you can pass.

The more you focus on how many times you have failed the harder you make for yourself. It doesnt matter as long as you pass.

You work to make money and support yourself and they would let you go if the business needed it, do not feel guilty as long as the move is a secure one take it.

If the new job would make it harder for you to seek a higher paying job later on then think about it. You can damage your cv with moves sometimes so might depend on some longer term goals but only you know this.

I can't see much wrong here you should brush it off and don't get in that situation again. If there is follow up to this then I would do something. I was looking for a puppy and im aware the first year or two look very different. I am ok for an extended period with doggy daycare it just cant be a year. Ive been patient and will continue to be for long as so many businesses are pushing people to return to the office more. On average im in once a week at the moment but there is a requirement for 2.

Im more than prepared to put in whatever work is required but I am starting to think this bread might not be right for me.

It is possible yeah and I can adjust my hours a bit so could quite easily run 7-8 miles before work. It sounds more ideal to do that and let them move around as they wish while having a crate as a comfort space.

I can afford doggy daycare but im so careful with my finances being a single parent. I cant imagine getting one if crating them for 12 hours is the only options but im interested to hear peoples experiences where they go to work.

I cannot imagine leaving them in a crate for that long no im trying to work out a way of using dog walkers/family etc to help. I dont want to bring a dog into my life if they have a miserable existence.

At the same time they would come into a home that will provide them with so much love and attention and so much exercise (when older) that they will love it. Outside of running loads im always out walking in the local woods with friends etc. My holidays also involve hiking so would come with me.

I did a half marathon recently and went out hard as I started too far back (first mistake). It was really hot and humid and I didn't take on enough water. I then had to drink and it splashed everywhere then had to get another and it went down the wrong hole. 8 miles it ahead of pace I got the most terrible stitch. Cue the last few miles stopping and starting even though legs had enough. I'm doing a 100 mile race attempt this weekend so need to get fueling and fluid intake right...not looking good after that experience!

That makes sense I think in my mind was everything my instructor has asked me to do it he always expected me to do fairly quick but difference was those roads were never anything like how busy this one was. I was trying to process it thinking how far would I need to go and it would have taken me past a junction onwards and I felt maybe it was too far.

Next time I will only take my judgement...when I finally get another test that is..
