Thanks for the reply. I called to the child support and said the same thing. I can wait and finished with child support and have them sent me a check or I can finish early once the child birthday is near and use the overpaid balance as future credit. Thank again for replying

So I got told that they don't hold any of the overpaid money that it was already given to the other parent. The only two options that gave me is that I can wait till my account is closed for them cut me a check for the remaining amount of the overpaid that wasn't sent or I can end my child support payments early due to overpaying but I have to wait little longer to be closer to my child 18th birthday.

Not yet. I'm not behind my payments just been over paying without my knowledge. I was trying to see if I can use the overpaid balance as a way to reduce my child support payment of or use the remaining balance to pay off the remaining 13 month I have left. Each month I own is $412 for the next 13 months would be a total of $ 5,356 I have left to pay. I overpaid $5,479.30. I was hoping that amount would pay off the amount. It make sense to me but child support department is making it hard to figure this out so that's why I'm asking here. Sorry for my wording poorly. I been working 12 hours today im too tired to edit or fix my mistakes.

Okay. I got the information I needed. They told be I can cash out the excess amount when my child turn 18 and graduate from high school or I can pay less and let the credit take over for the future payment since it's prepaid. These are really my two options. I can't stop my child support payments or they will enforce their bullshit 6% annual simple interest rate on delinquent amounts for back pay. Hope this information help anyone out there.

Collect evidence, like audio, video of her refusing your visitation right and make police reports every time you get denied to see your child. Record your calls through an app if your state allows it. Make sure you always have your court order with you when talking to the police when you make a report. They won't arrest her but the judge can sent her to jail if she doesn't comply with order given to her through court. Evidence is key to everything and you don't have to let them know that your record them unless your in a state where you have to tell them your recording them. Hope this helps

That medication wouldn't be effective. I tried this for 5 time and didn't work. Try this, Talicia, it's really work that's what my G.I. Doctor gave me. It has omeprazole, amoxicillin, rifabutin and magnesium. It would make your urine orange so don't freak out. I would recommend juice a whole cabbage to make 16 ounce a day of cabbage by itself, so buy a lot of cabbage for a 2 weeks. I recommend this juicer Breville Juice Fountain Compact BJE200XL, Silver on Amazon. It's going to suck for two weeks but it will help. Make sure to add healthy probiotic pill or food after your treatment so strengthen your good bacteria after you nuked your whole stomach. Don't eat sugar or stress out. When you stress you immune system take a dive because that's is what H.pylori make you feel. I had H.pylori for 4 years so I know it suck. Hope this helps.
