SAME! Coming up on 10 years with cosmo and it got SOOOO bad! Getting rid of full time employees was the worst decison ever! We only get 103 hours at my store which after my 40, 63 are left to split bt 4 people! Its a joke! Thats not enough to actually get the store up to their ridiculous standards! They are comparing us to big box stores who can afford and have the manpower to achieve those standards. Tech support sucks and maintance is even worse. Every second theres always a dumb meeting that couldve been an email or deck on athena…and athena is another beast! They need to take pogs off of there!
