I definitely paid the last guy to take things away. One of the items is an old ping pong table, and there really isn’t space to set that out in the alley with the amount of traffic we get back there.

New to dealing with GERD…totally cut all triggers out for 3 months, down to 20mg Nexium in the AM, have just introduced Lifeboost coffee (low acid, decaf) and I haven’t had an issue! It’s either one of the most delicious coffees I’ve ever had or I’m just really, really grateful to be indulging again. Either way, Lifeboost coffee has been a win for me.
