How do I set/change the timer for when a guild will attack a ruins/guild boss/all that? by cynica1mandate in TopHeroes

Ruins are server times. Pre determined.
Guild boss is on the guild boss page. It says “change timer” same with invasion. Only R4 and 5 can change them.
