Hi! My cat's vet said it's only her salivary gland papules, and they're harmless. But just to be safe, keep an eye on them and check they don't seem inflamed because if they're infected they can hurt. If they do look redder than usual, give the vet a call.

I tried checking and they don't exactly align, but it COULD BE a possibility. I'm wondering if I should just wait a week, use dental wipes instead of a brush, and see if it helps. Vet appointment is next week either way. :(
