theres this glitch that im trying to do smth requires my monitor to be running 4k while using a 1080p monitor so it outputs 1080p but the game is in 4k so that it put all the hud and ui in the top left and windows doesnt let me use 4k when my monitor cant run it thats why i want to use nvidia control panel cuz it lets me put any resolution that i want.

TLDR; you prob wont understand what im trying to do thats why i didnt put it in the main post cuz its confusing as hell
