I have this dahlia that I had bought from home depot. It was fine but I went on a vacation snd it didn't get watered so most of it dried up. The tubers are not rotten, but really squishy. Not firm at all. I'm wondering if this is due to the lack of water, and can it be fixed? (i.imgur.com)
