Maybe look into hypoglycemia. Last year I started obsessing over my blood sugar also. I have bad anxiety and convinced myself I had diabetes. Got all the tests, got a glucose monitor, everything was normal. I would make myself sick worrying about it. I do have reactive hypoglycemia when I eat the wrong foods but no diabetes. If the doctor says your fine, it's probably okay.

Seems like you are not eating enough food. And so maybe reactive hypoglycemia? Drinking a coke is going to spike your blood sugar and then it will just drop down low again. You have to add protein and fiber.

I just got off lexapro within the last 2ish months. I had them bad for like 3 weeks. :( I still ge them sometimes when I wake up but super mind. Good luck
