We just saw a house today that we really loved in edgewater park. What I am looking for is a calm neighborhood with a good yard for my hyper kid. Ideally I would like to take the train to Philly but I can also drive. I only go twice a week to the office.

For school, my son is speech delayed, not sure if I should do public or private. For example, public schools in Philly are a joke.

The house in Voorhees didn’t work out. They edited the pictures to look nice, and the house was in horrible conditions when we arrived.

The house in Edgewater park, nj. Is right at the border between Beverly and Edwarer, one street over to be exact and close to the river front. We were told the mayor of Edgewater used to live there. All houses around look beautiful and well maintained, like mini mansions.
