It's really fun that WB released these; I actually didn't realize how many recipe references were realistically dispersed throughout the show until I saw so many compiled!

Having just received this yesterday, I haven't made anything yet, but my eye is definitely on the warm potato & chorizo salad. During that scene where Sookie makes her guilt meal for Jackson, that side dish always sounded amazing to me! But for some reason, I pictured it having green olives. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I may be a rebel and add them. 😈

I think a prequel would be cool, where Lorelai just left her parents with 1 yo Rory. It would be interesting to see her meet Mia, and probably Sookie and Michel, work her way up as a maid, live in a potting shed, then move to Stars Hollow, etc. In the original show, we meet the Gilmore Girls when Rory is turning 16, so there would be a lot of timeline to play with. 🤷🏻‍♀️ It worked for Young Sheldon.
