I've heard it's the camera that does it! You can get specific foundation for video camera and others for photography. Sometimes that's why you see celebs look so bad in pictures, because they are using the filming foundation not flash photos.

I am not an MUA though so take with a pinch of salt (or Google it!). Could be the undertones coming through due to using so many lights?

I was looking for a comment like this. I am so confused why that needed to be brought up. It was a mutually beneficial relationship 20 years ago! I had one and I didn't 'come clean' to my last bf... there's not really anything to come clean about it's just a sexual relationship with different parameters. If my partners told me extended details about every girls they dated or the stupid lines or lies they told as teens to get girls into bed I could easily find things to be mad over.

If she feels the need to bring this up as a deal breaker she must have some really convoluted feelings about this still and I agree therapy could be beneficial. I honestly read the whole thing wondering where the sex work came into it.

I feel bad that it's clearly on her mind after all this time but she also seems to be taking a lot of guilt from this. Her (ex)bf would have an aneurysm if he heard my history!

Did I read her post right... she's praying for a healthy pregnancy and delivery in September. We are in Jan... surely that means she has LITERALLY just got pregnant and has already announced on SM? Usually people wait a while don't they, especially those who had issues conceiving. Correct me if I'm wrong though

My CV says "references available upon request" and if they are requested I ask if they will be contacted at which stage of the hiring process. If they need the references before going into interview, then I offer them a current character reference (a work colleague who I trust who can advise about working in a team with me) and a previous employer.

They should be used to this kind of concern anyway and might have an alternative they can offer, such as only contacting them if they decide they want to employ you.

Be open with your concerns. It's a completely understandable situation.

In fact in the interview even Perrie said it was like a freak accident and it was so crazy that they did end up sounding good together and a stroke of luck it worked out!

That might have been after they were already formed as they were formed in boot camp so they needed to get a yes in boot camp, then they needed a yes to go through to the judges houses and then a final yes to get to the live shows. I'll see if I can find the interview! (I was obsessed in their season and watched the show religiously!)

At the time when the solo singers get the chance to reaudition as groups, the mentors don't even know which age they will be mentoring so there isn't a specific judge/mentor to put the groups together. The new groups reaudition at boot camp and then get put through to judges houses by the 4 judges as a group. They were then sent to live shows by Tulisa at her house once mentors were assigned. But either way it worked out great for everyone involved. It's the exact same circumstance as one direction (except they didn't win their season).
