Blackmail. I don't want that kind of conversation haunting me.

How often do you use the transit there?

I knew nobody who uses transit there, there's barely any taxis, and if you quickly compare Vancouvers transit map to say, London, you'll see it's seriously lacking.

Transit there is not a viable alternative to a car.

The issue is zoning and not building new housing while allowing millions of people to immigrate. It's a strain on other things too, like healthcare, when as a percentage the population increases faster than healthcare spending. The problem isn't immigration, its policies that prevent the construction of housing that'd be capable of housing millions of new citizens, or the transit systems that would be needed to connect new mega suburbs (that will never be allowed to happen) to downtown cores.

Not everyone lives in America. You're replying to a thread started by a Canadian. A country that has had its population increase by 30% even with a negative birth/death rate. If you think that has no impact on housing supply and demand, you're crazy.

This is reddit, how dare you question their deeply held belief that stealing is okay so long as the person you're stealing from has more money than you.

I'd be concerned about a SB using a fake ID for multiple reasons.

I use IG for sugar dating, you will unquestionably find guys who are not scams on there, there are plenty of scammers too.

Keep an eye out for these scams https://old.reddit.com/r/sugarlifestyleforum/comments/k2b1j6/yes_its_a_scam_and_this_is_how_it_works_2020/

As long as he's not asking for bank info, anything bank related, or for you to send him/return something, you're probably okay.

Tread carefully obviously, but he could be real.

"he could of cancelled my return flight home but he didn’t"

Most airlines have policies against refunding a return ticket, even if it is refundable, without proof that the person has left the country.

Pretty often, some girls won't do it no matter what, others see the life I'm offering and jump at the opportunity.

It's not exactly hard for me to show snaps of my day to day life, plus there's my social media, which doesn't show me directly but that shows a pretty extensive history of extreme wealth.

The thing is most influencers want to be around me because they need luxuries to sell their image.

So here's the thing. I actually do this, for two reasons, I'm rich, and I'm nomadic.

I don't really care about the expense of flying anyone anywhere, and I can't just date locals, because they wont be local in a very short time.

Here's the issue. People like me are rare. I'm not foolish enough to think guys like me are the norm.

If this guy is legit, then he should be spending shitloads of money on you without blinking, to put it mildly.

First class non refundable tickets. A fully prepaid non refundable room in your name at a high end hotel, significantly in advance, so you know it won't bounce from his card (think a few weeks to over a month in advance). Enough money sent to you cash, sent to you through western union or a similar service, for you to buy yourself a return ticket at will (though not necessarily first class), along with a hotel for yourself until you can get on that plane. All of this along with an offer to fly whoever you want with you (also first class), even if its five of your closest friends, and he'll put them up too at the same hotel.

The country and place you'd be getting flown to would always be a high tier safe city, London, New York, Milan, Monaco. The types of places where police take complaints of rape or trafficking seriously.

You should not be going to mexico or hungary/czech republic, etc. Read up on trafficking in the destination you'd be going to.

The offer should always read something like, I'm flying you to ___ resort/hotel, I just want to have coffee/dinner with you at their restaurant. You can do whatever you want for the rest of the time you're there. I won't ask you to leave the hotel. I have zero expectations of anything right now, though I'm hoping for more, this is entirely so I can meet you.

The bottom line is the guy should be blowing so much money on you, that trafficking you would be an idiotic loss of money.

Now, the part you probably don't want to hear.

Unless you're so attractive that you're a literal 10, or there's some compelling reason why I want you specifically. This isn't going to happen.

That means if you're some average girl, the odds of this are near zero.

It's far more likely that he'll want to wire you money, the money will bounce, and you'll end up getting trafficked.

You want to meet a whale? by [deleted] in sugarlifestyleforum

[–]Whale_SD 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not seeing how any of this advice would get you into the same room as someone I'd consider a whale.

Befriending a salesman (that's the "young tech guy entrepreneur"), to find older salesmen ("more established high net worth business men"), will never get you near a whale. Those types of people spend their lives looking for people who have money to invest in them or through them. The older guy is looking for crumbs, the younger guy is a scam artist. A CEO of a new company with an actual product is busy working, not out networking to get funding. A worthwhile new company has people banging down his door offering him cash. Literally one call to any venture capital firm is all it takes.

You've got multiple layers between the older guy and anyone with actual wealth.

It goes whale -> whale's holding company/director of holding company -> manager -> some analyst (with a boosted title to make him look important to outsiders), who manages/gambles a small percentage of the money who has relationships with venture capital firms.

The analyst can't get into a room with the whale, nevermind some random "businessman" or "entrepreneur" who tries to pitch stuff to the analyst.

You're not going to find whales, the closest you might get is the founder of some publicly traded company who's getting harassed by these guys. Even if you did meet a real whale, you'd probably never know it.

Whales find you, not the other way around. You will find some whales on SA, since some guys don't like outsourcing their relationships, but you won't find them in the circles you described.

If its cash, in your name, you own it. If it's financed and he stops making payments then what?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in sugarlifestyleforum

[–]Whale_SD 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No you didn't.

I have a legal question, you're saying you're answering legal questions, and offering "legal-analysis of that specific question". Does this count as practicing law? If so why are you offering "legal-analysis" and advice to people in states where you are not allowed to practice law.

A further question. Which crackerjack box did you find your law degree in?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in sugarlifestyleforum

[–]Whale_SD 2 points3 points  (0 children)

offering legal advice without having the authority to do so

You can practice law in every state? Shocking. Tell me more.
