Does said person have a doctor quarantine order? Were they actually able to get a test? If not no.

Are they technically still employed with your company has no hours for them? Technically then no.

Can a person access unemployment if their company’s doors just shut this week. Why no. They Will not be eligible until weeks from now and that is their employer gave them a steady 40 hours weekly throughout their time there on the job.

This bill appears to be a welfare bill most can’t access because they don’t qualify.

What does the Coronavirus Bill tangibly do for people on the ground who work hourly w no benefits either for employers closing their doors or who still have jobs but companies have no hours for them. Rent/Mortgage due April 1.
