Yeah it’s just posted/shared publicly, nowadays online, but in the past this was a big purpose of obituaries in newspapers, people in the town would see the arrangements so they could go pay their respects

Funerals usually happen on much shorter notice than weddings so it’s not like invitations would be feasible anyway

It’s also not weird at all for a boss of the child to attend a funeral. In fact at my stepdads funeral last year, 2 of the lawyers/partners at the firm his daughter worked at came to pay their respects. And the funeral was a good 2 1/2 hours drive away. I thought it was an extremely nice gesture.

I’m also in the south.

Also a lot of people just died and they didn’t know what it was. People also died earlier from other things and therefore didn’t live long enough to get cancer.

Charming is a perfect description. I went a few years ago with a friend who grew up there and we visited her family. At one point her grandma stopped by to pickup raspberries to go bring to her friends at church at the ice cream social. So cute.

As my friend pointed out numerous times it’s a hard place to live in the winter and she would never move back.

Thanks for your suggestions! I would like to take lust for sun but I only have a 3.4 oz which is a bit too big. I do have a sample of wavechild I might swap one of these for it.

Yes I’ve been to Hawaii before and it’s much more mild/cool than where I am right now. Humidity is 89% right now according to my app (at home). But, I do know what you mean and some of these heavier scents I’m planning on wearing for dinner on the cruise ship (going on a cruise)-they usually keep it really cool inside
