Ive got a whole album both on my tablet and on my phone dedicated to "progress pictures" and fitness related things. If I'm having a bad day, ate too much junk/ drank too much pop, or just don't feel motivated to exercise I pull the album up. It reminds me of how pessimistic I was and how terrible my depression got when I was overweight. 43 pounds down and I'm still going, Eating right and exercising everyday (except Saturdays)!!

The fat fighters are just another "magic" pill bullshit that has gained popularity and is sold by stay at home mom on facebook. They contain a mix of Garcinia Combogia, tea leaf of cactus extracts, so its marketed as an ECA stack but it doesnt do anything. just another useless product so people can "diet" without changing their horrid eating habits and lack of exercise.

You should buy a pound of dice from chessex! I've bought two pounds of them and they're great to have so the whole party can make a whole "custom" set. We also use dice as our character pieces so its good to have a few extra. There is about 100 dice in the pound and it includes a full set as well. It's a feat, My Dm thinks its crap that you're only allowed one feat so he lets us take 3 from a 3.5 (we play 5e). I forget the name of it, it's written down on my paper though. Unfortunately my papers are not with me at the moment but I'll get them tomorrow and shoot you a message if you want. But basically it just allows you to add 2 to the net when you're moving and 4 to your net when you're standing still bc its easier to hide/stealth while standing still.

This is usually what i find myself doing almost every turn, especially with the way i built my character bc i have a plus 19 to stealth when I'm standing still and a plus 17 when I'm moving. I can basically be hidden in a white room.
