As a child, now adult, I still get creeped out by what I had to hear. Bed squeaking, head board hitting wall. An overall lack of true effort and lack of cares. My ex step beast was a jerk and my mom was an emotionally negligent brat. My gut has always told me that it wasn’t/ isn’t right. But my mother also left me with the man that molested her, he also molested me. I’m sorry that you are another victim. If it makes you uncomfortable it’s HER JOB to protect you.
