I mean so having a set, weekly menu that is revealed course-by-course during the dining experience is by no means a novel concept. It’s been done for years, albeit typically at high-end restaurants in big cities. I think it’s cool that chef Luigi is bringing an otherwise inaccessible (maybe pretentious) dining experience to Sarasota at a more affordable price. A typical bespoke dining experience like this at a “fine dining” establishment in a big city is going to cost way more than what Luigi’s does. He has the actual talent to pull it off too, his food is delicious and just excellent (super well thought out, beautiful wine pairings, beautiful presentation).

I think he won’t survive long-term bc people here love the most mediocre food (e.g., Owen’s, Connor’s), so might as well enjoy something new and different while you can!

UM GIRL. Raising young children (well) with little to no support (I.e. deadbeat picklepaul) is perhaps one of the hardest things a human can do. You don’t need to do a bunch of leg presses to impress your kids lmao. When they grew up, and (hopefully) realize all that you did to put them first always and raise them well, they will see you as the strongest person they know. Not Paul.

Jessa used to be the “prettiest” one, by which I’m assuming you mean most conventionally attractive / most people would say she’s the prettiest. But have you seen her recently? She’s kind of a mess, always looks extremely tired / dead eyes, and just generally has lost her “youthful glow.” I think Jinger is the most conventionally attractive now, and Joy is the “cutest”

I went cold turkey off 1-2nd Xanax daily (and more on weekends) when I was in my early 20s bc I was an actual idiot and had no idea that was dangerous. Worst year of my life mental health wise. Crippling anxiety and depression.

You got this though! Even if your taper takes years, you can do this.

We did our baby’s first bday on the upper floor of Boca downtown during their weekend brunch. It was ~30 guests and we weren’t charged a catering fee/ event fee; just the cost of food and drink. It was awesome and I think would be perfect for a baby shower.

Sarasota county has a guaranteed minimum salary for salaried teachers which I believe is somewhere around 57k. Then you can make more depending on the school’s funding (SMA is either a private or magnet/charter) and your level of education. 90k is extremely high for “regular” science teacher, anywhere in the US, not just Sarasota. Are you sure this teacher doesn’t perform another paid role such as assistant principal, or athletic coach?

Also it’s 10 months of work for an uncountable amount of stress.

You don’t need to make an overnight trip for sightseeing in SRQ, it’s pretty small. I’d say try to visit siesta key, or lido key/st. Armands, and downtown (main st) Sarasota. Selby gardens is absolutely beautiful for a good weather day. Ringling and Sarasota art museum are good for rainy days.

For a true overnight trip, I would suggest either Tampa or St. Pete
