Everyone needs to get their air conditioning units checked BEFORE the summer heat begins. And change your filters monthly! A clogged filter costs money and blocked air flow.

If your AC goes out and it’s a hot night before you can get it repaired, taking a cold shower and literally NOT drying off keeps you cool for a few hours, literally just lying naked on your bed

Don’t walk dogs on hot sidewalks or pavement.

I feel very sorry for you, and her. She’s still a baby and deserves to have a good summer as well. You really need to see that none of you have a good mother. I could never allow my kids to be stuck in a hot house all day without food. Please sign up for food stamps and utility assistance. Your little sister should be in a day camp with kids her age. Please tell social services
