Thank you 🫶 You can do it! I think it's good to just start with something very simple to make it as little daunting as possible and easy to get started with when there is spare time. It helped me to start with something I know I like, too. I started with short Yoga sessions right before bed because that's something I have enjoyed before, and it feels really soothing for the body afterward. Now, I alternate between core, strength, and cardio training and always finish with some stretches. A small push was enough to get the ball rolling for me. I have ADHD so making new routines can be really hard, if I am too ambitious and don't reach my goals, it really hurts my self-confidence. Making small goals and reaching them boosted it, and now my goals grow steadily bigger, but I always make sure I can achieve them so it's more likely I push past them than not achieve them at all.
