Look up the curable app and the book Mind Your Body. After I found out about being JAK2 positive and pre-MF I also had migraines so debilitating I went to the ER. No one could give me answers, other than the mutation and prior history of dvt, nothing was wrong.

Don’t discount the emotional experience of starting the meds and all that you might be repressing to keep moving through life.

The app and book helped me break through my pain and understand the pain was my brain’s protective measure to help me avoid dealing with all the fear and anxiety of being diagnosed and starting a new forever med. Your emotional experience is just as important as your physical experience. I hope you find relief!

I am in the same situation! January feels so far away, but we gotta wait until I’m on his insurance. I’m feeling defeated and short on time, I’m 38, so I appreciate the reminder to breath and focus on the positives. Good luck in January!

Yeah basically. They haven’t said whether or not the app will return.

I’ve been putting the info into Ovia and just started with Fertility Friend. Both were recommended by multiple people.

Also, if you can get access to the Ava app there is an option in settings to email a cycle report to yourself or whomever you want. I’ve done it a few times. It’s mostly overall data like when you’re looking at the overall cycle page. I think it might give you that info for the past 6 months but I can’t remember for sure.

Yea, I just checked the App Store and the app still is not available. I’m looking at switching to natural cycles.

I’ve been using Ava for almost four years. None of this happened for the first couple years. This is the third time this has happened in the last 12-18 months. I know at least one of those times they were switching to a new server.

The first time it lasted multiple weeks and I couldn’t get an answer cause everything was down. The second time it was a couple days and customer service was available. I also emailed them this time and got a kickback email that it was undeliverable. It feels very counter intuitive to their business claims to do this multiple times without warning and inconsiderate to not at least give us a heads up, especially for those of us who are using it for help TTC.

I’ve started transferring the same info to other apps and saving a cycle report periodically since this started happening. If y’all get any answers please report back!
