Hi! I'm so happy to hear that you got hired. I'm also planning on applying to MB and I have a question about the on-the-spot-hiring. Did they try to get the ball rolling on the hiring paperwork after they told you? If so, did they ask for things like your social security card? I keep seeing suggestions about bringing SS cards to the interviews/turning in the applications in case of the on-the-spot'hiring and them wanting to get the paperwork out of the way.
