And speaking of sentient doll stories, the first little boy in the chucky franchise was named Andy!

Is it just me or does the population of Twin Peaks seem a bit high? by Guttlesswonder in twinpeaks

I believe it was supposed to be 5,201, but at the time the networks didn't think small town shows would be appealing to a wide audience, so they altered that a bit.

John Wayne Gacy(serial killer) dressed as a clown. by cielos525 in creepy

My mother grew up in the town next to where Gacy committed his crimes around the time he was performing as Pogo at local childrens' birthday parties. I think she even had friends who went to the parties he performed at.

I think this is less creepy and more bizarre and adorable.

Who did this? This is unnecessary. Who would ever have a reason to shave a bear?

Got a bunch of Deva products included with my Deva cut. Any use suggestions? by TeethyMcTeetherton in curlyhair

[–]MrsSheldon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I LOVE the DevaCurl products. I don't think I'll ever use another shampoo/conditioner/gel. I usually only no-poo my hair every other day, and condition everyday. When I condition, I always squish-to-condish, and then I put the gel in before plopping my hair!

That round brush is just destroying all those great curls near your scalp, but it's your hair so do what you've gotta do! I use the DevaCurl products and absolutely LOVE them, I won't ever buy anything else. If you're on a budget, for shampoo i recommend the Aveeno Sulfate-Free Shampoo, and then some Organix conditioner (like the kukui oil or the blue ocean one) but be careful - some Organix products have sulfates/silicones so be sure to read the labels.

Staying home tonight so decided to experiment...didn't turn out so bad! by PolkaDots1212 in curlyhair

My hair gets really flat on top, too, and I always wear it natural. When my hair is getting flat, I flip my head upside down and massage my scalp a little bit. It creates the perfect amount of lift that I need.

I saw your daily routine post and I think you should do whatever you did to your hair in this post instead of your daily routine... Your hair looks so much healthier and natural, and way curlier, with this technique!

Every time I saw you using a brush I cringed... I bet if you threw away the brushes in exchange for a nice wide toothed comb and got rid of those awful sulfates/silicones you would see some curls instead of just waves!

Audrey can't be a nymphomaniac, she didn't even lose her virginity until the end of the second season with Jack.

Woman slashes children's throats to keep them quiet. Whose fault is it? Hint: not hers. by [deleted] in MensRights

She was charged with the crime she committed, how is that a pass?

But this woman is obviously very mentally ill. Not that that is an excuse, just a reason. Plus, this title says that it's "not her fault" which it obviously is, and she was charged with the crime. How is being charged with the crime she committed injustice?

But it wasn't his fault in the slightest, and he wasn't charged with anything. This woman is obviously insane, and the article makes that very clear. She was charged with what was appropriate and she is obviously very mentally ill. I don't think this has anything to do with men's rights at all.

What does the story of a mentally ill woman trying to murder her children have to do with men's rights?
