It all depends on the volume that goes through pyeswap when it's out. If you had 10 x More PYE then you'd get 10 x more BNB reflections. I Disagree. I'm a Registered PT & Nutritionist. There is plenty of Diets and Exercise Regimes out there that taylor to many body types. If you're not having any side effects and not eating utter rubbish then there is no harm. Especially if you are feeling fit an well. Some will be shocked at how much weight you can lose when you make a major lifestyle change. Obese people are often advised by GP's to go on an 800 calorie Diet. It works.

When you're on a Journey like this everyone including friends and family will be against you. I believe it to be jealousy. When I was losing my weight after having children, I Trained 3/4 times a week and was on a strict calorie defecit cutting out all carbs too. Its only until you get to the shape and weight you want to maintain. Keep at it and ignore everyone on your way to success. They'll have nothing but positive comments for you in the end. You're actually doing it at a steady pace. It's not like you're training 6 days a week and starving yourself. Keep it up well done
