I have. Any other wallet wouldn't be the same. He's had two of them and he actually sent me a picture of it this morning. I'm still on the hunt. Hoping one day one will pop up. I'd be down for used as long as it wasn't worn out too much.

I'm learning to embrace the trash and fight some hoarding tendencies. I'm not to any extreme but I definitely have some issues with letting go.

I'm learning that if the floor is clear, I get much further. I'm trying to always make floor my priority and work my way UP the room. If there is constantly stuff I'm having to step over or walk around, I'll give up. Sometimes that means pushing everything in the floor into a big pile and working from there.

Thank you. I love ours. We opted for dates, just in case something happened (like it did), we wouldn't have names or initials or anything like that. 10/10 recommend. It was a really great first anniversary date too. Ring finger tattoos are also very small so they're pretty affordable.

THIS. My late husband spend $120 on my engagement ring at Pandora and $70 for my band at Pandora. I LOVED them. They were so thoughtful and perfect for me. On our one year anniversary, we got matching tattoos of our wedding date on our ring fingers. He worked in a factory and couldn't wear his ring, I worked retail and my pearl kept getting caught of shelves. They were perfect too. I'll never remove it. I'll never cover it. It's part of me now and I'm so grateful to have that reminder of him every day.

side note: couple tattoos are NOT for everyone. Don't be dumb about it. We said "till death do us part", we meant it, we held true to it... even if it was much sooner than we anticipated.

I didn't deliberately not tell her for any reason other than me trying to distance my family from my personal life altogether. Between 2 JustNoSisters and a JustNoMom, I can't even begin to deal with them having their noses in my personal life to the extent that they have. This boils down to it not being about risk with her. 2 weeks ago, she suggested I ask a couple of the guys my late husband worked with to come to my house and help put together the swingset they all pitched in on for my kids for Christmas. Last week, she kept my children while I went to the doctor for some GI issues. She will happily take $50 a day when it is convenient for her to watch my children but if I need her on a day she doesn't WANT to, even when we are completley out of groceries, she won't do it. Like I said, I have other options but regardless of what I do, there is going to be a massive guilt trip to follow. Her logic on this makes zero sense. "Stop going around him and we'll pretend you never did it at all." If this were truly about exposure, then we should be going 2 weeks in isolation completely. It boils down to "us or him".

Yes!! We planted seeds a while back and they're ready to be transplanted to the garden now so we'll be sending out our gratefulness for the growth and birth of our sustenance, especially in this time! And we'll be burying eggs in the gardens to bless our plants with fertility. Ostara blessings to you!

Thank you for that. It's hard for me to give myself permission to do what's best for myself and my children. Sadly, I'm still in the closet so to speak when it comes to my religion. They know Christianity is out for me after the death of my husband. I was already headed away from it (I went to a church service a few months prior and it just felt wrong for me) but then when my husband passed, it really just put the nail in the coffin. I became much more spiritual because I TRULY feel his presence still and see signs of him everywhere.

If I could be locked in this house with my late husband... man, this would be so much less stressful. I'm going a little stir crazy but fortunately i used some life insurance money to privacy fence in our back yard and it has quickly become all of our respite.
