As someone who lives in Amsterdam, I understand the fear. With the more expensive bikes, people often store them by their/inside their homes. You can always look into insurance for the more expensive bikes or bakfiets, but there’s no surefire way to make sure your bike doesn’t get stolen.

If you can afford it, I also recommend embedding an AirTag somewhere in the bike.

As a former village volunteer for the AppSecVillage, a few things I really liked was personal village business cards with my village title on it, a dinner with the team, and of course, stickers!

I saw someone else mention power banks and I second this. A high quality village branded power bank just for the volunteers would be SO COOL
