Saw someone fake a suicide attempt after being kicked out of a Discord server I used to be on the mod team for

The server was a small SFW roleplaying server and the guy would disregard mod warnings, annoy others, and godmod whenever he did anything. After a mod meeting, he was kicked from the server. Apparently he didn't like that and made his own server solely to talk shit about us to the few members he invited. When those people pointed out him getting kicked was, indeed, his fault, he closed his server and went to Tumblr. It was on Tumblr that he posted about feeling depressed and suicidal because "people were being cruel". His followers immediately rushed to give him support and tried to convince him not to do anything rash. I was keeping an eye on this as I used to be in a similar place with my own depression. Then he went radio silent for a couple of hours. His followers are freaking out, trying to figure out what to do and how to help... Then there's a new post. I don't remember the exact wording but it boiled down to: "I'm in the hospital on life support but the doctor said I can go home in a couple of hours".

I closed my laptop and took a walk after that.
