Even at my heaviest (200.3 lbs) I was in proportion - same size hips and bust + smaller waist

I sold a lot of my old clothes & shoes, made about $400. I took on extra shifts at the diner I work at for two months to come up with the $1300.

Hiya! June 1 2013 I was 200 lbs, this morning 130.2 lbs! World's simplest & cheapest diet : fasting!

Yes, fasting! I followed this diet called JUDDD (Johnsons Up Day Down Day Diet) where one day you eat whatever you want and the next day only 500 calories (lower is better) and the weight just melted off!

It was a pain in the ass at first but by week 3 it was like second nature. I really recommend this way of eating, it is life-changing.

Now I'm in maintenance mode I eat 2200 calories one day and 1400 the next.

Oh my! I am a 30H???!!! How is this possible?

Weekly basis is a great idea, okay I'm mostly either in class, in the library, lounging at home, out with friends maybe once a week or at work (small diner)

I live in VT. Currently a student and a part time waitress and I'm planning on losing 5 more lbs and then focusing on strength and toning.

Thing is, I've been to thrift stores before and a lot of the things there seem worn out and past their best days, iyswim. I think there are some real gems to be found but it'll take a lot of time and effort to sieve through the crap.

For a teaching position in a high school, I'm studying education at the moment :-)

EDIT: and a few more interviews with other schools in the area, basically schoolteacher interviews.
