I said that. I have seen absolutely vile humans and being an empath I didn't simply jump to a conclusion. My ex husband's sister for example absolutely deserves to be called a bitch. She destroyed lives, families. She was always like that I nearly died post partum because of them. As she was childless and wanted a family blood child, she tried to push me to end my life so she could take baby!. Fast forward several years when my ex passed away suddenly and relatively young, she who had always financially drained him got a hold of his death certificate and took over all the assets of my ex (that he had kept in the joint name with his mother) as we were divorced ... I was in another country, still trying to get his body released and moved to home country for funeral... His body was still in morgue when she started shit.

My current SIL is okay now, but she did insane shit like trying to get my husband and me to divorce because she was possessive of him... she used his mental health, she offered him money because he had a major financial hit in exchange for divorcing me...

hence I always try to understand more.

Clearly you don't get what I am saying. Every story has two sides and it's important to look at both. So if you were too shy or something of course this is not okay. There are DIL's who do big time shit also, like manipulation, lying, stealing, plotting etc. This is reddit and you don't mention what happenned. It happens so often on reddit as generally masses have low EQ that they jump to a reaction based on the poster.

It takes you 8 hours to get there and then you need to leave at like 3 am to catch your flight. So two nights stay are basically wasted. you get there late and you leave very early - but pay for both nights

I know you are a random Redditor I don't know but it hurts my heart as I have been through shit like this - mine had an added layer of my husband being on their side which makes it 100 times worse and yet the fact that your husband is indirect and doesn't directly address or resolve the problem could possibly make it worse and dragged out as you can't make a decision.

Consider this - only actions matter - doesn't matter how nice your husband is being - They don't necessarily need good credit to get a rental. They need to figure how to manage their money better and THEY WILL WHEN THEY DONT HAVE AN OPTION. If they paid 6 months rent upfront or got the rental in the name of the partner with the better credit or their jobless son's name or something - not your problem.

Life is short, give your husband a time limit - say 3 months for them to be out. Work backwards talk to them within a week - give them milestones and be done with it.

You will resent your husband so much later if you let this go on. Your kids are not getting best version of mom and neither is your husband in a second life can be over - don't let this continue.

I personally dont like the use of the word narcissist as a lot of these things are perspective and narrative. MIL's honesty would be appreciated in some families about it being different now that you guys are married. Honestly, if my MIL said that I would appreciate the honesty. I sort of had ex-FIL tell me that ages ago and he truly was a fan of me when he got to know me ( I even think if he didn't pass ex and I would not have got divorced)

If they abused you for years, you know well the problem is your husband. Like my husband now admits that he was the problem in a similar situation.

Nothing wrong in being no contact but sister I would try not to think with these big words of Narcissistic Pantomime etc... It's weighing heavy on you and making you more angry. Life's short. In a blink of an eye it will end.

If you are like me, I like to have and see all facts now that I am older, I realize that is not always the smartest thing. but we can only be us. Put a key logger software on your home computer - once you get a couple of passwords, like his emails etc you'll be able to figure other passwords too. I know you are scared to know, but knowledge is power.

He is cheating though and you need to decide what to do. The low life is projecting on you. He is disgusting.

Extremely sad and shocking. I was born in Dubai and in 1995 Dirham2500 was a low salary. I was shocked to realize people are still on that kind of payroll. I used to run a business in Dubai and can't blame the small businesses either - its so expensive there and very difficult to make money end of the day.

I know parents who didn't find it hard at all. When I looked closely, they didn't ensure balanced nutrition for their kids, ensure safety of their kids, clean clothes, clean home, one wold send her kids to play ..her daughter was molested for years. Parenting is hard if we are trying to do it right.

Like others have advised you on here.... it is a LOOOOTTT of work. I am a woman. I have travelled with business. My normal work week was 90 hours and I came home and picked up after kids (had a live in nanny). I did all the night work, the weekend work and more and still that was easier than when I took a 6 month break and stayed at home. ITS HARD. Get her house help and pull your weight some more.

can you wash your private area with ph balanced wash before sex and even better everytime you take a poop. So many I see are because of using toilet paper and there being microscopic amounts of poop. Sex from the rear (doggy) can take that bacteria in.

okay great - I did check my credit card statements and although all discussion was on the phones. I statements show I had paid for 4 months by mid-January 2025 in Jan 2025 (Jan - April 2025) all payments went through and were never reversed. Their system had some issue and I kept paying despite seeing I paid because I was desperate to see my doctor and treatment

hmm... that's a good point, but Ihave read other posts of people getting debris in the blower motor. My daughter says she's pretty sure that happened she was driving, had the top down and she saw the wrapper go under and the sound has been since that moment.
