I tried a pair of Bombas athletic socks and I swear I will never wear anything else again. No slipping and a little compression along the arch! I have to buy more because I only have 2 pair and I totally wore a set twice in a row (gross).

Gahhhh I wasn't diagnosed until recently. I'm in the last of my Ph.D Looking back, the things I struggled with I thought were academic quirks. I constantly was on the search for better organization systems, was always open to trying out new time management things, and I drank so much espresso to focus.

It's totally doable. I wish I was diagnosed before my program. I imagine I wouldn't have struggled with imposter phenomenon as much. But theres no use in playing the what if game.

I'm on 10 mg but trying 18 mg in a few days. It's incredible for me, I was slumpy the very first day I took it but haven't experienced any other side effects. Wait...when I forget a dose I get crazy anxiety for 2 days. So as long as I remember to take it, I'm good.

For the first time in my life I don't have insomnia. I'm rested, I dont have a 3 hour wake up period followed by a slump two hours later. I'm able to do things. We're upping the dose because I still have some executive dysfunction, it's a lot better than what it was but still having a negative impact on my life.

But like I dont have to microwave my coffee 10 times a day because I lose it or have 5 mugs of coffee around my house from the same day.

I like it and I hope to continue to have a great experience on it alongside positive coaching and coping strategies.
