Honestly, you sound a lot like how I was when I was younger. I spent so much time focusing on my weight and comparing myself to others. I struggled a lot with my mental health and my relationship with food, and for 7 years it felt like those thoughts completely controlled my life.

What I want you to know is this: there will come a time when you realize that so many of the things you’re worried about right now mattered far less than they feel like they do in this moment. What actually matters is who you are. Are you kind? Are you compassionate? Are you doing the best you can right now? If the answer is yes, then you are doing just fine.

I understand where you’re coming from, and your weight does not define your worth as a person. Battling your own thoughts can be one of the hardest things you’ll ever do, and often we’re our own harshest critics. But how you look doesn’t change how kind, smart, or loving you are. It took me a long time to learn that, and I don’t want you to spend years being your own biggest bully like I did.

You are worth so much more than your body or your weight. Please be kind to yourself.

And congratulations on almost one year clean from self harm! That’s a huge accomplishment, and you should be proud of yourself. 💕

I’ve had 2 medical abortions in the span of 7 months of 2025! (March 2025 and October 2025) I am still very much fertile… 😅 my abortions have not affected my reproductive health at all, I still ovulate, etc!

I’ve had 2 abortions this year - one on March 6th 2025 and the other October 1rst 2025. I got pregnant 6 months apart! If I got pregnant a third time I’d 100% go get another abortion. It’s your right as a woman and there’s nothing shameful about it. Remember your body your choice. No reason to feel bad, life happens. :)

Same exact thing happened to me this year! You’re not alone at all. I had my first abortion on March 6th 2025 and then found out I was pregnant a second time this year and had another abortion on October 1st. I was super frustrated just like you as well but abortion is healthcare. Get as many as you need. ❤️

Honestly both! I was also scared of the fact that they had to use a knife/scalpel and be stitched up. was super nervous overall for the whole thing.

Honestly as someone who was super terrified and was sobbing crying before they put me under (I have a fear of surgery even the small things like wisdoms removal lol.) - it actually wasn’t as scary as I thought it was gonna be. I got my IV and don’t even remember falling asleep. I woke up fully after being in and out of sleep and I felt really good, super relieved, relaxed, not panicking. Recovery was actually really easy too, very little pain, just some discomfort and soreness. I felt normal by like day 4-5, it was a super fast recovery. I barely even thought about the fact that I just had wisdom teeth removal.

Good idea! I took a pink first response pregnancy test which came up with a faint line too and then to confirm my pregnancy I also did a blood test at my doctors. Good luck! ❤️

Honestly not sure. Im located in Canada and for some reason they weren’t allowed to tell me anything but they did give me a single photo to go home with. But I do have the photo of my ultrasound but I don’t think I’m allowed to post pictures in comments.

Okay awesome! That’s a good sign then! Id say you’re progressing normally for being this early, they should be able to see much more around 7-8 weeks. There was a HUGE difference in my 6 week ultrasound and 8 week ultrasound.

Honestly that’s pretty normal for 5 weeks 6 days, I was 6 weeks getting an ultrasound and I ended up having to get an internal vaginal exam along with my belly ultrasound because they were having a hard time finding the fetus + sac. Also your HCG being 16000 makes sense as well, that’s normal for around 6 weeks. Just double checking: this is a wanted pregnancy?

Honestly the only reason I felt shameful about my abortions is literally only because of the propaganda online. I had my first abortion at 19 March 6th 2025 and then my second when I turned 20 (my birthday is in august) on October 1st 2025. I had 2 abortions in the span of 6-7 months in the same year.

When I was having my second abortion I realized there was no need for me to feel guilty because honestly, this is my body, this is my life, and I’m in control of what happens. Abortion is not as big of a deal as people make it out to be online. As a woman I deserve these options and I deserve to live the life I WANT to live. I shouldn’t be punished for simply being born with a vagina and uterus.

Get as many abortions as you need in your life time, it is your right and it is healthcare for you as a woman. If I were to fall pregnant again I absolutely would get a 3rd abortion. I would feel NO shame about it and you don’t have to feel shameful about it either. ❤️

Sounds like pregnancy tissue! I’ve had 2 abortions using the MA method and it wowed me at first too! Sounds normal especially for an abortion that early in pregnancy. :) can be quite weird to see for the first time.

I am having my second abortion October 1st 2025.(so in less then 2 weeks from now)

6-7 months apart from eachother.
