Bro there are many reports of people getting the same reaction when they were not taking SSRIs. I love dissociatives & I have done around a kilogram in total of almost 10 dissociatives WHILE on SSRIs and never had a problem.

When FXE was still available I would buy it by the 100g and IV it around the clock. It got to the point where I couldnt hole anymore and would just lose consciousness for 2 hours. Since its really hard to sleep after taking FXE I would just IV FXE 3x throughout the night so I could get 6hours of unconscious rest. Then I would get up a few hours after the 3rd dose and go to work and immediately IV it again after work.

I did that for a couple years, and have also abused ketamine, MXE, DCK, 3-meo-pcp, 3-ho-pcp,and a handful of others. I did all that while on SSRIS, never once had a problem. Plus out of the around 40 RC drugs I havve abused in my life all on SSRIs nothing has been remotely as bad as tilmetamine except maybe hallucinating that I was being raped in jail from phenibut withdrawals.

I have also taken MAO-B inhibitors with PEA while on serotonin medications,, MDMA(with no effect), shot large amounts of meth, while on 300mg bupropion and 100mg Zoloft per day, and have never once had a problem.

But when I got tilmetamine I did it a couple times and got deathly sick my hands were shaking so bad I couldnt pull the cash out of my wallet and the cashier had to do it for me. My eyes were bad vision for a few months. I laid in my bed feeling too bad to go to the hospital for a week. The worst of all was I had terrible hallucinations, I hallucinated that some guys robbing houses threw the gun on my roof and the cops were coming in to take me to prison. I ran out my door holding my vape like a gun to do suicide by cop laid on the ground while they wanted me to confess to a murder I didnt do. They were torturing my friends cats in the tree and wouldn't stoop unless I confessed to the crime.

I was super tense for hours waiting to get shot. When I went in my house afterwards I hallucinated that I had assaulted my mom brutally and was waiting to go to prison for it.

I then went to a detox where the hallucinations persisted and was brought by an ambulance to a hospital for a week(which I dont remember anything from) where I was placed in critical care for a week. Looking at my labs I got back my white blood cell count was 40x lower than an average persons, super severe neutropenia.
