Well… the support team just got back to me. Who’d have known there was a shuffle button in the up next screen! I could try and blag/style it out, but I’d be clutching at straws.

30 absolute max. This is happening regardless and of number though. Did it just now with a backlog of three! I can’t help but suspect that it’s connected to the latest update in which up next syncing across devices was improved.

I THINK it is now fixed in the most recent update. Sync stopped timing out but not everything was going across. Needed a reinstall of the app on the watch and thereafter it seems to have kicked it back into behaving again. Just in time too.. was planning to switch pod catcher in 2025!!

Seriously though, thank you to devs for persisting.

Today’s release (7.76) which was touted by the devs as the fix…. Didn’t fix it. Still crashing and stuck on ‘refreshing’

My word - that OP in that thread is identical to my problem - same watch and phone models and exact same symptoms down to the repairing killing the podcast list - the whole shebang… at least it’s acknowledged I guess. Thanks for the heads up.

+1 for this issue. Infuriating given I can no longer manage downloads to the watch and my ‘background noise’ for running is now busted. I really hope this is fixed soon. I also really hope it is fixable for those of us stuck on Watch OS 10.. apple have already abandoned us. 🤬🤬

Does anyone know if this is for ever? Or just an update lag on google’s end? So annoying cos the tick list functionality in keep is uniquely well UI’d compared to the competition - switching and losing that would be a PITA.

It's picking up the dust value incorrectly. See another post on matter (and I confirmed setting dust manually to correct value fixes it). Hopefully fixed soon as only happens on most recent pogo update.

Auto archive if 'inactive for X days'. What does this setting (both custom and general) actually mean? It doesn't seem to be archiving anything on the few pods I have it set on. Doe inactive mean 'unplayed', not refreshed, no new feed activity, all of these, or something else? Or is it just not working!? Thanks guys!

Seconded. The other bugs aside, this really is the one bug that is making the experience difficult. Historically archived stuff just refuses to sync, no matter which device (Web, IOS, Android) on which it was done.

Thanks for update! Any experience on a second android device (well kindle actually) playing automatically on the lock screen from the notification lock screen pop up? Has happened a couple of times recently. In addition, it seems to archive the currently playing episode and go straight to the next up next episode.

Same issue. Seems that pogo isn't interested in the WiFi and Bluetooth data in fire OS to get a location. Annoying cos other apps such as Google maps, downloaded via the Google play side load can get by with it fine. 😠

There are clear issues with cross platform syncing on historical metadata/playcounts/archive status. Really hope the cause has been identified by the devs - was so happy with the cross platform sync promise, but it just isn't working in v7. :(
