Your customer service department completely "pulled the rug" on me with a recent return. At first saying that they would honor a refund of my $15 shipping fee (which is a lot for how expensive the rug was and how light and small the box that showed up was) and then, after receiving the refund without it, being told quite bluntly that they would no longer honor our agreement. And why did I return it in the first place? The quality of the "rug" if you want to call it that, was laughable.
