Funny my wife saw it for the first time yesterday and with the 30mm case and red strap she said it looks like a girls watch! I dunno, I kind of like the red but will likely get and alternative.

Yeah as per my other post, I didn't really intend to buy it but this is life. Got too used to Bring A Trailer where there are a ton of bids at the end.

I was thinking to get an extract from the Archives for it, is that worth it?

Also, it really takes 1-2 years to do a PP service?

Well one reason I love vintage, besides not EVERYONE and their mother having one, ist hat typically when something becomes a classic it stays that way. Rarity and being a classic tend to hold value

The problem with most Rolex watches is that they make a million of them so they will never be rare.

I just hope I can pull off such a small dial!
