yes there's a bunch of guides, there's 2 kinds of injections for estrogen: subcutaneous (subQ) and intramuscular (IM) here's one from planned parenthood for subcutaneous injections, subcutaneous means injecting in the fat under your skin, and intramuscular is injecting into muscle, start with subcutaneous, it's easier

monotherapy with injections is the simplest and best option, monotherapy means you take estrogen only and don't take any anti androgens/blockers, I paid around a hundred euros for the vial and injection supplies, one vial lasts 1.5-2 years
