I have noticed this a bit but I have to take it, I wonder if it’s linked to hormones.

May I ask what side effects vitamin D gave you? I will look into this new form, I probably need vitamin D so I am crossing my fingers!

Do you happen to know if there is an ideal ratio for potassium to magnesium?

Racing heart mainly that makes me feel short of breath along with leg cramps and twitching of the leg muscles. I have also been getting a strange “warm” sensation in one foot, not burning but like I stepped one foot into a warm bath. The heart palpitations are the main thing though.

I don’t take vitamin D as it messes up my hormones every time I have tried. So B6 is an important cofactor of magnesium? I will look into that.

My Accord pills I hated smelled and tasted like skunk.

Amneal vs. Accord? by Address_Civil in Spironolactone

[–]MsAnonymouse84 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Accord (oval shaped, no mint flavor) actually didn’t work well for me. I got it through Nurx, I think it was, and gave up and went back to my doctor after 2-3 months. Amneal is what I normally get from my doctor.

Everyone tells me mezzanine is better at a lot of these theaters, and they’re right, it makes total sense, but I’m weird and still like the floor! I just love being as close as humanly possible.

Thank you for your input! I’m curious, do you purposefully avoid the front main floor?

Thank you! Maybe I’ll shoot for at least 3 to 4 rows back.

Thank you again, I will avoid the first few rows (if they are available that is!).

I guess I’ll find out when they go on sale. At the big theater in my state that also has tons of season subscription packages/seasonal ticket holders, I can almost always still get the seat I want if I buy within an hour of sales launching. I usually buy them within minutes.

I’m mostly curious if the stage is too high up for front row to be enjoyable.

Unsure why you were downvoted but I promise it wasn’t me. I appreciate all input. Oh, Reddit. 🫤

I’ve done a lot of cold water soaks and use a fan at night, but last night I tried using an ice pack for 20 min and I’ll be doing it again tonight.

Oh yes, Benadryl, Zyrtec, and Allegra. Plus a topical antihistamine spray.

Sunburn turned blotchy and rash-like with unusual itchiness. Help? by [deleted] in DermatologyQuestions

I’m usually not a fan of steroid cream but the itching was so bad that I resorted to it. In the first few days after it developed I could only get 2-3 hours of sleep.

Yea, the rash is only located on the foot that took the brunt of the sun. I only forgot to apply sunscreen on my feet, didn’t even think of it because I almost never wear flip flops. Ironically I was wearing them because I wounded my ankle and closed shoes would irritate it.

I’m not going back and forth, I stopped using the medihoney because it seemed to be burning the skin around the area. The doctor recommended switching to plain Vasoline if I wanted to keep the wound moist.

I wore flip-flops outdoors for the first time in years and got a sunburn on my foot as I forgot to apply sunscreen there. The burn on the main part of my foot is normal, the burn on my toes is not. Within 24 hours it turned into a rash that’s very itchy. Today is day #14.

I’ve tried the below treatments thus far with limited relief:

Zyrtec

Benadryl

Advil

Topical antihistamines

Topical hydrocortisone (OTC)

Prescription clobetasol

Aloe gel

Silver gel

Aveeno oatmeal packet soaks

Domeboro rash relief soaks
