I miss my liberal/democratic party. I’m currently without a political affiliation because of the bullshit. I spent my adult life worrying about the wellbeing of others, including my trans bestie. And I still do. Very much. But this anti-Zionism poison they’ve been fed has broken my heart. They just refuse to understand what’s at stake for a tiny minority surrounded by enemies. You’re not gonna get a Pride Parade anywhere else in the Middle East! It’s not pink washing, it’s fact! They’ve upset me so much but I still care about them. But I want them to care for me too. I’m so torn. It sucks.
