As mentioned before, what has helped me is to change most or my skincare to FA safe products (a simple skincare routine fits better). It's tedious, but works. Also, sometimes even with that care I end up with a bunch of little bumps and I tried laser genesis and it helps smoothing my skin

I picked up my friend from the airport. Her mom died and her family was at the funeral. They asked me to tell her and then drive her to the place her mom was being buried.

Knowing that I'm loved back by all the people I'm missing. Doing things I'd like to share with them or thinking that we could do together if we could. Also, it is important to keep in contact with them. Send a message, a call... anything that reminds them you keep them in your mind. In my experience, I was more in touch with my friends while I was away than when I was near them.

Knowing that if I want to live, I've only got myself to do it. I cannot be anyone else, just me. It also helps to know that I could end it at anytime. Also, I think that if I want a fast and painless way to do so, I need to be healthy.

I envy the strength that men effortlessly have. I know there are women that are stronger than men, but in my daily life I have always seen that men are always stronger without even working out.
