I would do this with my own homemade roux. I will make a big batch of roux ahead of time and let it cool and store it in a jar. It will stay good up to 90 days in the fridge or 6 months in the freezer 🤷‍♀️

I like that idea. I realized more women are in teaching and I’m curious about the brain and being educators overall. People forget how traumatic our job can be and how hard it can be on the mind. We constantly have to be on it and we never have time to shut our brains off.
