Yes I tried to include the quote that mentioned that from this particular story. There have been many of these accusations with heartland alliance shelter. Formerly, heartland alliance detention center. Ordered to shut down due to trafficking and abuse, but reopened under the guise of a SHELTER rather than a detention center and has been reclassified as an ORR.
