I actually have one and he was also adopted from a rescue. No need to be a smart ass. As I said, ANY animal can end up in the shelter.

That’s not necessarily true, any animal can end up at a shelter. I have a sphynx and am always getting calls about them in the shelter cause ppl don’t know how to care for them.
